The DVD that teaches you how to kick a soccer ball. I bought this DVD for my daughter who is on a competition team and is a great foot skills player. However, her finishing was sub par. The problem is she is the main striker on her team and she wasn't scoring. Her shots would go 10 feet and then die. She didn't have any power at all. Her coaches would start to tell her not to shoot but just dribble around the goalie. So, I bought this kicking training video.

Now to the good, the bad, and the great.

The Good- First what you learn in this video. You learn the evolution of the soccer kick, the parts of the ball, parts of the foot, the six kicks, the soccer hop, the v swing, plant foot positioning, leaving the plant foot, athletic motion, accuracy, how to bend the ball, ball flight, volleys, reactionary shooting, shooting in traffic, the straight kick and more.

The Bad- The one thing my daughter and I didn't like about this video is that sometimes it was a little drab and boring. Hard to watch through certain points but the information was important and essential, just not the most exciting presentation to the information.

The Great- My daughter's skill really improved after practicing the techniques in the video. The video lives up to its guarantee and promises and is an extensive look into the soccer kick and ball flight. You will learn every part of the ball, every part of your foot, every flight path, the 6 types of kicks, and more.

Blast the ball is excellent and brings the knowledge and breakdown of a kick right to your tv. These techniques are applicable to any age group. I can say that my girl's strength and ball flight improved drastically because of the techniques taught in this video.

It breaks down every aspect of kicking a soccer ball you will need to know. From parts of the ball to the swing path to flight of the ball, every player from beginner to advanced can benefit from this video.
